Principal Phil Rogers

    Phillip Rogers was born in New York State in 1964.  His father was in the military and therefore his childhood was spent moving about the United States to several Air Force bases. 

 Mr. Rogers graduated from Douglas High School in Rapid City, SD and later graduated from Concordia University in St. Paul, MN in 1988.  Phillip married Emily Behling (a Lutheran school teacher) on July 16, 1988.  His principal/teaching experience includes:

1989-2000              Trinity Lutheran School, Merrill, WI – 5^th Grade Teacher/Coach

2000-2003              Trinity Lutheran School, Wausau, WI – 5^th Grade Teacher

2003-2004       Trinity Lutheran School, Wausau, WI – Interim Principal

2004-2005       Trinity Lutheran School, Wausau, WI - Principal

2005-2008              St. John’s Lutheran School, Winston-Salem, N.C.

 Mr. Rogers returned to Wisconsin in August 2008, to become the Principal and 8th grade homeroom teacher at St. Peter’s School.  He is joined by his wife, Emily, and their children, Thane, Ian and Grace.
